The ideal candidate:
- Passion for Independent artists, music, record labels and Urban/HipHop/Rapmusic.
- Experience in the music industry within a distributor, record label, management company preferred. Previous account management experience is a plus
- 5+ years music business experience in online marketing with emphasis in digital and streaming ecosystem
- Strong work ethic and organization skills with ability to thrive in high-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize (english & german). The ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple labels and projects simultaneously and to timelines with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of analytic tools available on social & streaming platforms, ability to pull insights out of available data + identify action points on a global scale.
- Extremely digital savvy and quick to adopt trends
- Strong relationship building skills and a team-oriented approach
- Creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities especially the streaming landscapes
- A diligent self-starter who is ready to learn and will also take the initiative
